Every pet in our care is seen by a licensed veterinarian, and every health record follows the pet home to you.

Before you meet a pet

Care starts the day an animal arrives.

  • Arrival exam and weight check
  • Vaccinations and deworming on an age-appropriate schedule
  • Scheduled veterinarian visits while the pet is with us
  • Daily monitoring of appetite, energy and behavior by trained staff

The record you take home

You'll leave with a written health history — exams, vaccinations, deworming dates, weight and any notes — so your own veterinarian starts fully informed rather than guessing.

Your first visit after homecoming

We recommend booking a wellness exam with your veterinarian within the first few days. It confirms everything looks good, starts your relationship with a local vet, and is a required step under our health warranty terms.

If something seems off

Call us first at (740) 773-1982. New pets are often just adjusting, but we'd rather talk it through with you early than have you wait and worry. For anything urgent, contact your veterinarian or an emergency clinic immediately.
