Who we are
About Us
Petland Chillicothe is a full-service pet store in Chillicothe, OH. We're locally owned and operated, and our whole job is making sure the right pet goes home with the right family — then supporting you long after that day.
Our history
Petland opened its first store in 1967 with a simple idea: a pet store should be a place where people learn about animals, not just buy them. Decades later that's still the standard we're held to — knowledgeable staff, visible care routines, and a commitment to every animal in the building.
How our animals are cared for
Care is a daily checklist, not a promise on a wall.
- Wellness checks and documented health records for every pet
- Scheduled feeding, cleaning and socialization throughout the day
- Veterinarian relationships for routine and urgent care
- Habitats sized and equipped for each species, monitored for temperature and humidity
What to expect when you visit

Support after you go home
