Pets, pricing and availability
Pet listings come from our live in-store inventory and can change quickly.
- Availability, age, price and photos are subject to change without notice
- A pet is only reserved once a deposit is taken and confirmed by the store
- We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before completing a sale
Orders and pickup
Product orders are fulfilled by the store you select at checkout.
- Pickup orders are held for a limited time before being returned to stock
- Returns and exchanges follow the posted in-store policy
- Health warranties are governed by the written warranty you receive at purchase
