Pickup when it lands
We'll text or call the moment it arrives and hold it at Petland Chillicothe for you. Pay at pickup unless a deposit was required.
Prescription items
Therapeutic diets require current authorization from your veterinarian. Send it over and we'll keep it on file for refills.
