Certified pet care training
Every kennel technician completes a structured pet-care curriculum covering species-specific husbandry, nutrition, sanitation protocol, handling and early illness recognition before working unsupervised.
A daily care routine, documented
Animals are checked multiple times a day against a written protocol, and observations are logged so patterns get noticed early rather than late.
- Weight, appetite, stool and activity noted per pet
- Enclosures cleaned and sanitized on a fixed schedule
- Socialization and play time built into the day, not squeezed in
Escalation to a veterinarian
Technicians don't diagnose. Anything outside normal goes to a manager and to our attending veterinarian the same day.
