How we choose breeders
A breeder relationship starts long before a puppy arrives.

What happens when a puppy arrives
Every puppy is examined on arrival, given a documented health record, and settled into a monitored suite before meeting anyone. Feeding, weight and behavior are tracked daily, and a licensed veterinarian sees each puppy on a set schedule.
What you get in writing
Before you take a puppy home you'll receive the health record, vaccination and deworming history, breeder information, feeding guidance, and the full terms of our 14-day health warranty and limited 3-year extended warranty.
